End of Year... nearly make over

Ok so I know it isn't quite the end of the year, yet, I mean come on it's only May! but in less than 4 weeks time I will be starting my final year at school (scary I know) Year 13 here we come... a year full of fun, frivolity, essays, exams, choreography, revised dramatic pieces, more essays, revision plans, and a UCAS form on the side... did I mention essays?

Yeah, just less than 4 short weeks till my A.S levels are over, and I'm making decisions that probably decide my future career path, my word I've come a long way since I was sat in that drama studio revision session, dripping wet at my now former school. I've changed so much in ways I recognize, and some that I probably don't. You know, changed schools, got a haircut, that sort of shiz!

Right now I'm currently on study leave, supposedly revising 6 hours a day, and locking myself in chains in my room, writing 50 timed essays a day (ha.)
In reality I have had 2 of the most chilled days ever (including a general studies exam (easy as a lemon... mouse). Full of sunshine, smiley people, picnics, spotify, "tunage"! no realy, I've had a lot of fun, the revision starts tomorrow, I think I just needed a few days to chill out having just broken up, I have 5 exams left, dance theory, drama theory, 2 R.S exams (philosophy and ethics) and sociology) the hard ones are after half term, so I have a 2 week gap after this in which to practice and revise for those.

In the foreseeable future, I've got quite an exciting summer planned after we officially break up in July, kicking of with Soul Survivor on the 30th July, Ending with.... wait for it..... A sky dive with my friend Eleni check out her blog here ( ). We wanted to dress up as pirates and thus be sky pirates, but we actually have to wear a jump suit, you can sponsor us at www.justgiving.com/Vicki-Hesketh, we are doing it for 2 children's hospitals that mean alot to us. Then finally a trip to liverpool with my 3 favorite girls, to see Hairspray, I got my friend tickets for her 18th Birthday, this should be extreme fun, we have 4th row tickets so it should be brilliant!

I'm planning a blog makeover, as part of my summer changing thing, a wardrobe makeover, and I'm learning to drive in summer (if things go to plan) so watch this space!

Long time no post :S

Life's been pretty hectic up till now. with Drama work galore, the odd sociology essay, more performances than I've done in the last year (both dance and drama). and then some helpful person reminded me that it is in fact only 8 weeks till exams (ARGH). Luckily drama supporting notes are done. Finito on friday! YEAH! and we have our practical exam next wednesday, I can't wait to get it over and done with. I was given a rubbish play called Effie's Burning, in which I play a 64 year old mental patient with the mind of a ten year old... sigh. How this fits in with stanislavski realism I have no idea, since clearly I'm not and elderly woman, infact I am a very young woman... ah well.

Outside of school I pretty much have no life. At least it feels that way at the moment. I'm rehearsing for the brewery dance platform next wednesday! Also I'm incredibly exited for the trip to London next thursday (which is organised by school but doesn't really count). Only a week till the easter holidays now, which is a blessed relief!

Yesterday I went to my primary school placement, (an extra day), and helped clean the school all after the entire school had spent the day making a grand total of 340 pizza's. This was followed by going to church and helping even more people make even more pizza's. The total at the moment stands at 550 - there are still more to be counted. Pizza sauce stinks.
That said I really enjoyed myself, the kids were lovely, the pizza's tasty (once cooked) and I hope my school wins, for my friend who organised the whole event!

Other exiting things I have done since Jan
  • Went to see Matthew Bournes Swan Lake! which was amazing, really funny aswell which I wasn't expecting!
  • Went to visit people in Yorkshire, this was good. I miss them all!
  • Got new furniture for my room. big big wardrobe. and matching drawers. got rid of old unmatching furniture. my room feels much bigger
  • Totally wooped people on Mario Kart wii. this is momentous, as until recently I was TRAP with a capital C

Anyhows Aloha for Now
